Hidup Sihat: Risiko Obesiti

 

Fakta yg sangat penting I get from magazine RAPI edition 15 January 2014. The magazine says:

   1.       Kajian membuktikan bahawa orang yang terlebih berat badan (obesity) lebih mudah mendapat          risiko kanser payudara

        2.       Obesity juga berisiko menjejaskan organ jantung

        3.       Ianya juga akan menyebabkan risiko lenguh kaki known as Restless Legs Syndrome di mana    kaki tetap akan berasa lenguh walaupun tak bergerak. Nk tau sebab ape? Ni disebabkan oleh saraf yang tak dapat mengawal pergerakan kaki untuk berehat. Bahaya tuu…

So, jagalah pemakanan supaya dapat kekalkn berat badan yg ideal. Jadi,, tubuh kita terhindar daripada serangan kanser kejam ni k…

And

Amalkan diet follow food pyramid  n jgn lupe excercise ok..

Meet En.Faizul n Pn.Fatimah on lunch meeting

Assalamualaikum..

It's been awhile not see this lovely lecturer couple.. they are stay young. 

Young in heart of cozzzz...

Hihi.. 

By chance to meet them untuk cari part time interviewers for our incoming project call "PROJECT J".. We are really keen to have town planning students as they had a great value to do multi-tasking job, high in self-confidence, independent n always been a great people in any organizations (out of planning scope/organization i mean). 

After a long chit chat,, rupenya dorg dh xkenal their "old" students ni hahahaa..

Even i'd marked some famous friends, they can't remember. hukhukkkk :'( 

but its ok.. as long as they know we are their ex-students. Maklumlah it almost 7 years kan we left UiTM n FSPU hihii.

So, after eating n chit chating almost an hour, we bagilah business card kt beliau2 nih. Alhamdulillah,, they also pray for our success. Not recommended to jump to planning field (with some reasons of coz).. n the most important, the silatulrahim is still there.

Opppsss.. my first trial

First of all, this is my very first note on this blog. wehoooo..
Excited. *wink wink*

On 21 January 2014, out of the blue, teringin sangat nak ade blog sendiri to story mory about my life, my thought, my point of view.. to share on my best moments. hmmm...
